Looking for variety?

Our Summer of Movement Pass allows you to enjoy multiple styles of movement throughout the month for just $99.

With your pass you can:

  • Attend up to 4 classes each week
  • Choose one class per day
  • Mix and match bellydance, yoga, Pilates, and Barre Fitness.
  • Explore new classes while maintaining your favorites

Please note: Workshops, special events, pop-up classes, and troupe activities are not included.

Reserve Your Spot

To help us prepare the best experience for everyone, all students that’s dropping in including Summer of Movement Pass holders—must reserve their space by 4:00 p.m. on the day of class by registering online via the website.

Pass holders, you must send a Facebook message or text at 740-466-7590 by 4pm day of class.

This allows classes to be prepared with care and helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Welcome to June: A Season of Movement

Bellydance, Yoga, Barre, Pilates

June is here, bringing longer days, warmer sunshine, and a fresh opportunity to reconnect with ourselves through movement.

At Hip Love Studio, we believe movement is about so much more than exercise. It is a chance to breathe deeply, build strength, find joy, and create meaningful connections within our community. Whether you join us for yoga, Pilates, ballet barre, belly dance, or a community gathering, every class is an opportunity to show up for yourself exactly as you are.

As we move into this new month, I invite you to embrace progress over perfection, celebrate small victories, and make space for movement that nourishes both body and spirit.

March Madness@Najlas Dance Renewal Reconnection & Rhythm

March is almost here and I am noticing and feeling the signs! The air is softer, promises of spring, longer days and the gentle quiet awaking in my body!

First off, March is a great time for renewal through movement while we shake off and shed the heaviness of winter and reconnecting to joy while remembering that our bodies are not something to fix but to celebrate!

This month we move with more energy and intention in our bodies. Moving together and always moving with heart!

March is the perfect time to:

  • Reconnect to your body, hips & core
  • Improve balance & posture
  • Boost your energy through movement
  • Releasing tension and stress that gets stored in the body
  • Rebuilding strength
  • To Feel better and lighter while having fun

Our classes are designed for adult beginners or those returning to movement who are looking for a supportive and judgment free space. No experience is needed. You do not have to be flexible.

All you need to do is just begin and getting started is the hardest step!

Finally; Bellydance will not only give you confidence from the inside out! It will help with your core stability, Feminine strength, emotional release and self expression without words.

Belly dance is NOT about performance but more about being presence. And you can start at any age! This is what I love!

Join me in this slow & sensual workshop. All month we have been celebrating February the month of love and moving our bodies. If you have not had a chance to come to a class this month; join me this Sunday February 22nd 3:30-5pm for our monthly Belly Dance workshop!

I love slowing down and their is such a power in slow movement. It is the type of power that invites you to listen inward. To reconnect with your body, awaken your feminine energy while moving from a place of deep presence and self love.

We will focus on feeling our body, breathing and experiencing movement while letting of the need for perfection. Allowing your hips, spirit and heart move as one.

Why take this workshop? With these slow and sensual movements we will focus on controlled and intentional movements that focuses on allowing the body to breath and melt through circles, figure 8’s undulation’s and soft gentle shimmy’s. These movements will become somatic and meditative while releasing and letting go.

Join me and you will:

  • Release tension often stored in hips & spine
  • Reduce Stress & calm your nervous system
  • Feel graceful, empowered
  • improve posture, body awareness
  • have fun through learning

This is a perfect way to begin and want a gentle introduction or just want to connect more with yourself. To slow down in a supportive, non judgmental environment.
