By booking classes and or private sessions, you agree to honor the time, energy and structure that keeps the space flowing smoothly for everyone.

To ensure fairness & equality and to ensure smooth, safe running of the studio for all students and to have an enjoyable experience by all who participate/attend classes including group and private sessions here is what is expected by each and every student on studio/class policies and code of conduct.

Student Handbook & Policies:
Attendance & Arrival:
- Your presence matters in every class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes to settle in and prepare.
- All classes begin and end on time
- The front door to the building gets locked at 6pm for safety issues for those in the building.
Important: Building Access
- For any 6:30 & 7:30pm classes please arrive early grab your parking spot and be at the door a few minutes early. If you are late I can not wait for you to let you in. This allows everyone including you to enjoy their session.
Group Class Policy
- All Group Classes are non-refundable
- If your unable to attend, your class is forfeited
- 24 hour notice is required if your not able to be in class
- Last minute should be used in unexpected or emergencies only

Private Session Policy
Private sessions are reserved especially for you.
- Payment is required immediately at time of booking to secure your time.
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule
- Late Arrivals will still end at scheduled time.
Payment Policy
All Group & Private sessions must be paid in advance to reserve your spot. Times are not held without payment.
Communication
I understand that life happens. If you need to make a change please reach out as early as possible so I can support you when I am able.
This will help keep our studio running smoothly for everyone.
