Metamorphosis! What a word! What does this word mean to you? Over the years I have changed in my personal life and my business. Change is essential and is just a part of life. Metamorphosis can be known as transformation, rebirth, emerging, evolving! It can take on changes in our physical body and on the inside which can involve us spiritually and even mentally. The experiences we go through can transform us, change our thought patterns or even how we live. We learn to adapt and change sometimes without being aware!

As we come to the end of another year what do you want to change? Maybe more self care? Moving your body? Reduce stress? More play? This is all so important because as adults and this is more common for women: we forget to take care of ourselves to move our body and we become so serious with our everyday life we forget to play! So we become stressed, burnt out, feeling disconnected in our bodies! I know I have been there!

Today I have a special gift for you! With the holidays we find ourselves rushing around and it can even feel chaotic! Over the years through my dance and healing I have learned several methods to reduce stress, bring calmness back into the body and reduce anxiety! Just for you I have a very simple breathing exercise that you can do pretty much anywhere and it is so very easy! I have even does this while driving! This is something you can do as often as you need to throughout the day and it will make such a difference!
