Fire up your body in July at Najlas Dance & Hip Love studio! There is nothing better then feeling good, getting in shape and moving your body! I absolutely love all types of movement and I love challenging myself and my body! With over 32 years of fitness and dance together, As a result I know what works. Because helping my students achieve their fitness levels & goals brings me pure joy!

July is bringing Fire to the studio with tons of different classes for you including pop up classes and more!

New for July Fire up your body! July Fitness Fusion Series! Starts July 10th-July 31st!

So, just for you I am offering a variety of my best and favorite classes. You can get fit and toned while having fun. Furthermore, these are very special one-off unique classes for the month of July and new classes!

Sign up for the entire package for just $30 for 4 weeks. Drop ins will be allowed once we start!

Ballet Boot Camp Fitness Your New B.B.F!

Are you looking for a fun and exciting unique workout? Ballet Boot Camp fitness is just that. So what is Ballet Boot Camp fitness you are asking yourself? This class takes the most basic ballet movements and puts it into a fitness aspect (much like a barre workout). This class focuses on improving your balance, posture while working on strengthening, toning and defining your body! It is a full total low impact workout just for you!

Allie Joseph; the owner of Hip Love Studio created this class almost a year ago! Coming first from a fitness background and a love for ballet is how Ballet Boot Camp came about!

This class is open to all and no experience is required! The format of the class follows a simple but very effective structure:

Warm up of the whole body

Warm up of the feet and legs

Movements at the Barre

Arm strengthening & toning

Exercise’s focusing on the: Core, legs, hips and glutes

Gentle stretches on the floor to end!

Students are really loving this class and it has become one of the favorites at the studio!
