Global Caravan  for September we will be getting Wild & Rooted.  To explore, ground and awaken.

The focus is to reconnect with the body and getting grounded while having a wild but earthy energy that is perfect for the start of fall.  We will explore grounded, earthy movement while discovering you own expression.  Playing with isolations, undulations, hip movements and more.
