March Session: Awakening the Hips

Join me for 3 amazing weeks March 11-March 25th Wednesdays 6:30pm

Step into a beautiful new beginning this March with our Beginner Belly Dance class at Hip Love Studio. This welcoming and supportive class is designed for women of all ages and bodies who are ready to explore movement, build confidence, and reconnect with their hips and feminine energy.

March is a time of awakening and growth. Together, we will focus on foundational belly dance movements to move and awaken the hips! Each class gently builds strength, coordination, and body awareness while honoring your unique pace.

No experience is needed. This class is perfect for absolute beginners or anyone wishing to return to the foundations with softness and intention.

Through guided instruction, music, and mindful movement, you will develop confidence, improve mobility, and experience the joy of expressive dance in a nurturing environment.

What you will learn in this  session, you will:

•   feminine  dance movements

•Helping  posture, balance, coordination

• Strengthen core and hips

•  body awareness within yourself while creating confidence within

supportive space

•  joyful healing

Lastly, bellydance is more than just a  dance class! I offer  a space to you and allow you to not only reconnect, awaken but  bloom.

Level: Beginner

What to Wear: Comfortable clothing such as yoga pants and a fitted top. Hip scarves are welcome but not required.
