At Najla’s Dance and Hip Love Studio we are celebrating A Summer of Movement!

This summer, everything you love about Ballet Bootcamp and Barre comes together into one uplifting and energizing experience.

The Summer of Movement Series is designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body through graceful movement, sculpting exercises, flexibility training, and ballet-inspired conditioning. By combining both classes into one streamlined format, you’ll enjoy the best of strength, stretch, endurance, and flow in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.

Each class blends:

Basic Ballet moves
• Ballet barre technique
• Full-body toning and sculpting
• Core and posture strengthening
• Low-impact cardio movement
• Flexibility and mobility work
• Mindful movement and balance

This series is perfect for anyone looking to build strength while moving with grace and confidence. Whether you are new to barre or returning to movement, this class is designed to leave you feeling empowered, refreshed, and accomplished.
