Our Summer of Movement Drop-In option is perfect for those who want to stay active, try something new, or enjoy movement without committing to a full session.

Monday 6:30pm yoga inspired movement & Stretching
Tuesday 9:15 am Yoga
5:30pm Pilates
Thursday 5:30pm Ballet Barre Boot Camp
7:30 Relax & Restore Yoga
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mover, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment where you can strengthen your body, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself through movement.
Drop-In Rate: $15 per class
Space is limited. Pre-registration is recommended.
