Come Join Allie your Master Teacher  for Tribal Grooves ™ Dance it out, shake it out!  Open to anyone!   Upbeat positive music!  Fun dance fitness class that is fun and funky!  Empowering, confidence boosting!

Tribal Grooves is a fun dance and fitness workout as Allie will lead you through basic steps but get you moving and having fun!

 open to all come shake and dance it out with me!

Pre-registration is required for drop in payment must be made prior to start of class

Class is held inside the Foulke Block Buiding in downtown Chillicothe
