What is Tribal Grooves? Tribal Grooves is a fun fitness dance class that uses Global Caravan style bellydance! It is done in a follow and lead format using earthy hip shaking movement and glorious circling patterns mixed with a bit of modern dance and fitness! We use fun, upbeat and positive music to move the body, feel confident, empowered and just feel good moving the body in a feminine way without the worry about getting it right! It is pure fun and at times we find ourselves laughing and even singing!

Who is this for? This training is for anyone who is passionate about helping others and those who are wanting to add to what they already know offering something a bit different! Maybe you have been thinking of teaching a dance fitness class and have no experience but want to lead and guide others in a very positive and uplifting way!
