Ballet Boot Camp Series is a supportive, beginner-friendly ballet fitness program designed for adults of all bodies and experience levels. This series blends classical ballet fundamentals with modern conditioning and mindful movement, helping you feel taller, stronger, and more connected in your body.

No prior ballet experience is required. This class is about learning, listening to your body, and moving with love.
