Global Caravan Bellydance Foundations

Slow Flow for Balance & Strength!

This class will be focused on the foundational slow movements which is the building block of so many beautiful moves but this is the starting point. This class will focus on circles and figure 8’s using the upper and lower body!

Starts September 4th 2024 @6:30 pm (doors are locked please arrive at front door by 6:20 pm)

5 weeks for $60 (1 free class is included!)
