Continuing with discussion of the History of bellydance

  • Posture & Arms 1st, 2nd and 3rd position.
  • Muscle building glute squeezes working right and left sides
  • drills:  Pistons & hip thrusts, chest lifts and pelvic locks
  • review hip & chest slides & drill
  • review hip squares then moving into small hip circles
  • New Moves chest squares working right and left sides
  • Traveling move New Basic Egyptian Walk
